Luckiest Girl in the World

Arriving at the airport this time was so different than last time; I had no idea what to expect the first time around and this time it was like coming home. Robert greeted me at the airport and it’s amazing to see him! Robert is with DIVOG, Disaster Volunteers of Ghana, a local NGO that connects volunteers with community projects (www.DIVOG.com) Even though I officially came with Globe Aware last time, the DIVOG guys were the ones who took care of me. I’m grateful to have Robert’s big smile and welcoming hug to greet me. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world to be back.
